1. Strictly no negotiations of prices.
2. All prices in the website are NOT inclusive of Delivery/Shipping Charges. Delivery/Shipping charges will be borne by the buyer.
3. All buyers have to pay a nominal charge of $3 for normal postage and $5 for registered postage per item, as we are situated in Taiwan. Other additional costs will be borne by us. Registered mail recommended, as we will not be responsible for missing merchandise using normal postage.
4. Delivery takes approximately 7 - 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays, subject to stock availability and location of buyer.
5. Pre-order of product or replenishment of stock, waiting period is approximately 14-21 working days. ORDER ONLY IF YOU ARE WILLING TO WAIT.
6. Colours may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Buyers should accept slight colour difference due to different monitor’s resolution.
7. Buyers should allow around 1 inch discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different ways of measurements.
1. There will be no refund of cash. You may not exchange more than one time for each purchase.
2. If the item you want to exchange for is of a higher price, you will have to top up the difference in amount. If the item you want to exchange for is a lower price, there will be NO REFUND of the difference.
3. Please note that for every exchange, postage and handling fees of $3 per item will be imposed on the buyer. Payment for this $3 will be paid through bank transfer. Cost will be borne by us only if it's negligence on our part.
(a)Wrong products delivered: Products are different in sizes, colours and design from what you have ordered.
(b)Products with prominent problems. (e.g. loosening of threads that is more than 3cm)
(a)Reasons: Not to your liking, change of mind, not as expected etc.
(b)Products that are unpacked, worn, used, washed or tag removed.
(c)Damages to product, e.g. tear due to overstretch, ironing mark and etc.
(d)Loosening of threads on products that are less than 3cm.
(e)Free size products.
